Aims

At NBS we address behaviour issues through a strong Pastoral system and clear line management responsibilities. The PSHE programme at Nicholas Breakspear School addresses the topics of bullying, harassment, racial discrimination and gender issues at various stages through a student's career. Expectations of behaviour are set out in our Home/School Agreement and code of conduct. We are always willing to speak to parents with any concerns.

There are written policies on Behaviour/Bullying, Equal Opportunities, Racial harassment and Behaviour Management.

Incidents of poor behaviour, bullying and racial harassment are recorded  and dealt with according to school policies. Regular reports are given to Governors.
