Able Student Programme
A number of our students have been working hard over the past year to create a large mural which they are going to donate to their Primary school, St. Josephs School in Waltham Cross. K. Norton, C Dempsey, pictured here, are putting the fianl touches on the stained glass window design of St. Joseph. D. Illing in Year 8 chose the design, from a number of 'Josephs' and spent a number of after school sessions working on the background and the clothes.
D. Illing (pictured above) in Year 8 chose the design, from a number of 'Josephs' and spent a number of after school sessions working on the background and the clothes. He says that the work took him about 10 hours in total: "I think the school will really like it. I have really good memories of St. Josephs, and it's a really good school - so I think it's nice to give them back something."
Mr. Hearn says that, we would like to paint a number of murals for our local Primary schools, as this is a really good way of letting them know that our pupils haven't forgotten them
This image is taken from a Klimt project which was ran with a number of Year 9 students from local Secondary schools (Loreto, Townsend, STAGs, Francis Bacon) following a successful bid through the County able student programme.

These images are taken from a mural project which ran with the Year 7 and 8 able student programme with Mrs. Vahabzadeh
