Return to the Forbidden Planet Pictures

Following the success of last year's production of "Souled", 2010 sees Nicholas Breakspear offer another delightful musical adventure, literally; "Return to the Forbidden Planet" is a 1950's spin on Shakespeare's classic, "The Tempest" and the cult fifties hit show of the same name, featuring hits from The Beach Boys, Cliff Richard, the Shadows and Jerry Lee Lewis .

The 17th, 18th and 19th November saw the culmination of two months of rehearsals as 52 students ranging from year 8 - 13 take to the NBS stage representing many others who have been actively involved in leading all areas of the production, from set design and painting to the show's band, entirely compiled of students from the school.
