Food and Farming Week

"We learnt about farming and what to grow for animal food, like beans which have a high protein content, which makes the animals grow faster and bigger. We were told how the different foods were grown and where animals were bred. It was a fun learning experience. The best bit was when we were allowed to taste organic honey-roasted chicken, freshly cooked and prepared in front of us." (Account by Max Fuller: Year 8)
